About Emily

I’m a lawyer turned coach with years of experience supporting people in high-pressure environments—from the courtroom to the classroom. At a law school, I worked one-on-one with hundreds of students, helping them master time management, self-care, and academic success.

My journey into coaching grew from two places: mentoring students and supporting my own child through an ADHD diagnosis. Both showed me the power of executive function skills to bring structure and balance to life.

As a coach, I bring both professional expertise and personal empathy to guide you toward clarity, confidence, and progress.
